House inspected by a well known stucco firm, yet problems still persisted.

1Often, traditional inspection methods fail to locate major moisture problems. In mid-1998, a National Relocation Firm brought in stucco inspectors to diagnose the cause of moisture problems in a home. The stucco inspector appeared to have found the source, and gave recommendations for repair.

After the repairs were done, however, the situation only became worse. The house was repaired again and again--7 times by September 1998--to no avail. Finally, during a heavy rain, the walls collapsed from internal water build-up. Even then, the source of the moisture intrusion could not be determined.

2Finally, they called MoistureVision to assess this critical and seemingly hopeless situation. After they thoroughly inspected the home, they were able to locate the true source of the moisture which had eluded previous inspectors. After repairs were made according to this new information, the stucco dried out immediately. For the first time since the home had been built, it was completely free of moisture problems. The solutions provided by MoistureVision have proved to be permanent: the home was re-inspected recently, and the stucco remains dry.
